Hey. WakkaxTidus here. This is my first fanfic ever! Woop woop! Lol. Anyway, this story is based around Wakka, Tidus, Gippal
and Baralai. It all starts off with a mysterious mission for The Gullwings...

The thunder roared and the rain pattered against the three girls, now freezing cold, ready for the plunge into the dark depths.
The ground beneath their feet was soggy and the blonde teen felt that it wouldn't be there much longer.
“Yunie?” asked Rikku.
Yuna turned to see her cousin looking worried. “What's up, Rikku?”
“I was just thinking. What if that fish creature from two years ago is back? The one that we saw when you got Anima.”
Paine looked to both of the girls. “Geosgaeno? I don't think so. Remember that we fought it in Bevelle a month ago.”
“Oh yeah. Right.”
Yuna smiled. “Are we ready? Gimme a Y!”
Rikku joined in. “Gimme an R!”
Paine sighed. “Gimme a break...”
Rikku shook her head and dove into the harsh waters down below. It was freezing and she felt like whining. But she knew that
if she did that, then she would fill her lungs with water and drown.
[Where are Yuna and Paine? Have they jumped in yet?]
A startled Rikku tried to scream and lost the air in her lungs as she felt a huge current dragging her down into the darkness.
She tried to swim back up, but the force was too strong and she was soon unconscious.
“Paine, can you see Rikku anywhere? I'm getting scared.” she said turning to her sliver-haired friend.
“Nope. Looks like we're gonna have to go look for her,” she replied, diving in.
Yuna soon followed, and the duo looked around to search for their teammate.
9I can't see her. The water's too dark.]
The water current found its way to Paine and Yuna was left alone and terrified. The brunette turned to find nothing but emptiness.
[I'd rather be dragged down with Paine and Rikku than stay here.]
And, as if on cue, the strong force came back, pulling Yuna down with it.
[This is no natural current...]

Tidus and Wakka were exhausted. They had been practicing Blitz all morning and it was now time for lunch. The two walked back
to Wakka's hut (which for some reason was still separate from Lulu's) and he made some sandwiches.
“So, how are things with you and Yuna?” asked the redhead.
“I don't know. It's like... she's changed.” replied Tidus.
“I know whatcha mean, Tidus. I was really surprised when she came back last month with that new outfit. It was all I
could do to keep myself from dragging her in here and calling her a prostitute.”
The two shared a laugh and then continued their conversation.
“Anyway, I think I'm into someone else now.” said Tidus.
Wakka looked surprised. “Who?”
“You don't want to know. Besides, it's embarrassing.”
“Seriously, tell me. It'll be our little secret, ya?”
“If I tell you, you have to promise not to do anything about it, or tell anyone.”
“I promise.” said the older man, looking slightly concerned now.
“The person I've fallen in love with... isn't a girl.”
“A guy... on the island?” asked Wakka.
“Yes,” replied Tidus. “Does that bother you?”
“No, no. That's fine with me,” said Wakka.
“You know what, maybe this will explain it better.” the blonde said shakily.
Wakka shivered slightly as he felt Tidus' lips brush softly against his own. Tidus was even more surprised when the redhead
pulled him back into a passionate kiss...
